Why cravings happen
Cravings often appear when the body and routine are under pressure: too little food, poor sleep, stress or long gaps between meals.
Blaming yourself rarely helps. A better approach is to understand what makes cravings louder and design a routine that reduces how often they take over.
What helps
- Protein and fiber at meals.
- Better sleep.
- More realistic calorie targets.
- Planning snacks instead of reacting impulsively.
