Motivation is not enough
Most weight-loss attempts begin with energy and intention. The challenge is what happens when life returns to normal: stress, short sleep, social meals and cravings.
That is why a plan that looks perfect on paper can fail in real life. If hunger is too high, energy is too low or the routine is too restrictive, consistency becomes difficult.
Consistency wins
A realistic plan that can be repeated usually beats an extreme plan that only works for a few days. The goal is not perfection; it is repeatable progress.
